The lines of business include Life and Savings, Property and Casualty, Asset Management and Banking and Lending.<\/p>\n<p>We are rooted in our purpose of Championing Mutually Positive Futures Every Day and believe that a great customer experience is anchored in a great employee experience.<\/p>\n<p><b>Job Description<\/b><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 To assess, price and determine terms for risks presented within set standards of service in a manner to ensure quality selection of risks and timely service.<br \/>\n\u2022 Raise premium debits, credits in a timely manner within the TATs<\/p>\n<h4>PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES.<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Determine acceptability of risks, monitor and review terms of accounts assigned<\/li>\n<li>Raise premium debits and credits for work allocated within TAT<\/li>\n<li>Capture insured, risk, and premium data correctly in the system<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and follow up renewal notices to ensure retention.<\/li>\n<li>Requisition for premium refund to facilitate issue of cheque<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that premiums are paid in respect of accounts managed<\/li>\n<li>Maintain effective business relationships to ensure effective delivery of service<\/li>\n<li>Maintain service standards to ensure high quality customer service is delivered.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE.<\/h4>\n<p><b>Qualifications: <\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1st Degree<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Experience: <\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 year experience is an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES. <\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Product Knowledge and functions of the various departments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>KEY RESULT AREAS &amp; PERFORMANCE INDICATORS<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Preparation of documents \u2013 policies, endorsements, certificates within standards of service<\/li>\n<li>Renewal notices and renewal terms including renewal follow-up<\/li>\n<li>Review of performance of accounts\/Banks to ensure overall performance is at below 40%<\/li>\n<li>Maintenance and accounting for accountable documents<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with claims and credit control to monitor account performance premium payment.<\/li>\n<li>Marketing company products and service to banks<\/li>\n<li>Ensure payment requisitions are processed immediately on request.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING (AML) EXPECTATION<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring adherence to, implementation of, and adoption of Compliance, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and Sanctions-related policies, procedures, and process requirements within Old Mutual and its subsidiaries. This includes execution of customer due diligence processes, ensuring compliance with Know-Your-Customer (KYC) standards, conducting ongoing and enhanced due diligence, and maintaining data quality.
