The Nyamira ICT hub aims to:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Equip citizens especially the youth with the skills needed to participate in the digital economy and access online services.<\/li>\n<li>Serve as access points for government services, e-commerce, and other online resources.<\/li>\n<li>Create job opportunities, particularly for youth and stimulate entrepreneurship in the digital space.<\/li>\n<li>Be centers of excellence, fostering innovation and supporting the development of new digital solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Provide training and access to computers and the internet, enabling citizens to develop essential digital skills.<\/li>\n<li>Be a crucial part of Kenya's national digital transformation agenda, aiming to empower citizens, drive economic growth, and foster a more inclusive digital society.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Training Design<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The hub has 20 computers ready for use. We shall have 20 cohorts for training. Each cohort will have 20 trainees and each training will take 2 weeks.
