Gaining new clients as well as maintaining existing ones, development of new loans prompts. The individuals also manage the loan repayment cycle and ensured adherence to policy and risk management<\/p>\n<h4>RESPONSIBILITIES<\/h4>\n<p><b>1.Sales &amp; Marketing<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Selling all SBC products to potential and existing customers while meeting individual and business targets on a monthly basis.<\/li>\n<li>Identify sales prospects and follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.<\/li>\n<li>Verification of a file and counter checking to ensure that all supporting documentation attached are sufficient to process a loan.<\/li>\n<li>Preparing and participating in weekly marketing and activation plans for promotion of Company\u2019s products and services.<\/li>\n<li>Create market awareness for the company\u2019s product.<\/li>\n<li>Accurate and timely application to disbursement of loans to ensure adherence to TAT.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>2. CX &amp; Relationship Management<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Enhancement of customer experience, ensuring all customer queries\/complaints are conclusively resolved within required times timeline.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Follow up on updates of clients\u2019 account statements, \/status<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>3.
