The role blends administrative expertise, HR knowledge, and a tech-savy approach to optimize people operations.<\/p>\n<h4>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Smooth onboarding of new hires<\/li>\n<li>Support recruitment<\/li>\n<li>Provide support on HR-related topics such as leaves, compensation, and policies<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies<\/li>\n<li>Gather and analyze data with HR metrics<\/li>\n<li>Assist with the day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties<\/li>\n<li>Compile and update employee records<\/li>\n<li>Process documentation and prepare reports related to personnel activities<\/li>\n<li>Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience: 1-3 years HR admin.<\/li>\n<li>HR Knowledge: General HR policies.<\/li>\n<li>People Skills: Strong communication.<\/li>\n<li>Education: BSc HR\/related field.<\/li>\n<li>Language: Fluent English.<\/li>\n<li>Tech: Tech-savvy, adaptable.<\/li>\n<li>Work Style: Multitask, proactive.<\/li>\n<li>Systems: HRIS knowledge a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":821793,"template":"","meta":{"_seopress_robots_primary_cat":"","_seopress_titles_title":"","_seopress_titles_desc":"","_seopress_robots_index":"","_promoted":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_job_salary_unit":"","_job_how_to_apply":"<p>To apply for this role, please submit your application along with your updated CV.
