\u2022 Overall in charge of sales and collections within the assigned territory, accountable for the steady growth of business and achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales collection targets.
\n\u2022 Expand the distribution network for better reach through social media and other marketing platforms.
\n\u2022 Assist in the loan products planning process by providing relevant customer insights, strategic thinking, and leadership related to all aspects of the business.
\n\u2022 Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to ensure optimal client retention.
\n\u2022 Understand and respond effectively to customer needs.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Diploma or higher qualification in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
\n\u2022 Proven track record of at least one year in sales, marketing, or a similar role.
\n\u2022 Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
\n\u2022 Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships and Strong understanding of social media marketing tools and strategies.
\n\u2022 Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accountable.
