Job Purpose Statement:<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Projects Assistant will support the efficient execution of projects and coordinate on-site activities to ensure timely delivery, operational efficiency, and high-quality standards. The role involves managing documentation, tracking workforce data, liaising with vendors and site teams, and assisting in resolving project challenges to enhance customer satisfaction and operational excellence.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/h4>\n

Project Coordination & Reporting<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Maintain accurate project records, KPIs, workforce data, and compile detailed weekly management reports.<\/li>\n
  • Prepare reports, proposals, and documentation to support decision-making and track project progress.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Project Strategy & Execution<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Assist in developing and implementing project strategies that improve efficiency and client satisfaction.<\/li>\n
    • Collaborate with site managers and internal teams to align strategies with company objectives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Asset & Inventory Tracking<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      • Monitor asset usage, deliveries, and stock levels to prevent shortages.<\/li>\n
      • Maintain accurate inventory records and address discrepancies promptly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        People Management<\/strong><\/p>\n

          \n
        • Oversee caretaker performance, attendance, wages, and productivity.<\/li>\n
        • Maintain the casuals\u2019 register and provide workforce insights to management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Branding Coordination<\/strong><\/p>\n

            \n
          • Maintain updated branding lists and ensure consistency in project site branding.<\/li>\n
          • Support branding efforts in line with company standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            On-Site Supervision<\/strong><\/p>\n

              \n
            • Assist in supervising on-site activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications, quality, and safety standards.<\/li>\n
            • Help resolve on-site challenges to maintain smooth project flow.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              Other Duties<\/strong><\/p>\n

                \n
              • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                  Qualification & Experience Requirements:<\/h4>\n

                  • Diploma or Degree in Project Management, Land Management, Construction Management, Environmental Science, or related field.<\/li>\n
                  • Certification in Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) or Environmental Management is an added advantage.<\/li>\n
                  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                    • Strong project coordination skills.<\/li>\n
                    • Proficiency in project management tools.<\/li>\n
                    • Knowledge of land management, asset tracking, and inventory control.<\/li>\n

                    • Budgeting and cost control.<\/li>\n
                    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n
                    • Strong time management and attention to detail.<\/li>\n
