This is a rare opportunity to join a globally established leader in electric mobility to drive the clean mobility revolution forward, leveraging SUN Mobility\u2019s proven technology and extensive operational experience across continents.<\/p>\n<p>SUN Mobility is seeking a reliable and organized Stores Executive \u2013 Packing &amp; Dispatch to handle the final stage of material movement from the warehouse.<\/p>\n<h4>JOB PURPOSE<\/h4>\n<p>This role focuses on packing goods as per client or internal specifications, ensuring timely dispatch, and maintaining accurate shipment records. The candidate should be hands-on with packing procedures, documentation, and coordination with logistics partners.<\/p>\n<h4>ROLES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan and execute the packing of materials based on dispatch schedules and order types.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure items are packed securely using correct materials to prevent damage during transit.<\/li>\n<li>Generate and verify dispatch-related documents such as packing slips, invoices, and transport labels.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with transport agencies, drivers, and internal teams for smooth material dispatch.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a daily record of items packed and dispatched, along with tracking information.<\/li>\n<li>Inspect packed goods for quality, accuracy, and completeness before shipping.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and update dispatch registers, courier logbooks, and system entries.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in loading and unloading goods during dispatch and receiving.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure packaging materials are adequately stocked and reorder when necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for safe packaging, handling, and shipment.<\/li>\n<li>Communicate with the customer support or sales team regarding dispatch status or delays.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain cleanliness and order in the packaging and always dispatch area.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE &amp; SKILLS.<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Diploma in logistics, supply chain, or related field.<\/li>\n<li>1\u20134 years of experience in packing, dispatch, or warehouse logistics.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with packaging materials, tools, and dispatch documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to operate barcode scanners, printers, and basic ERP\/dispatch software.<\/li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and time management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Physical stamina for lifting, moving, and packing items.<\/li>\n<li>Team-oriented with good communication and coordination abilities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":823115,"template":"","meta":{"_seopress_robots_primary_cat":"","_seopress_titles_title":"","_seopress_titles_desc":"","_seopress_robots_index":"","_promoted":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_job_salary_unit":"","_job_how_to_apply":"<p>All applicants are advised to adhere to the application guidelines for consideration.
