activities that support the operations department.<\/li>\n<li>Contributing to ongoing projects, which may include assisting with project planning and implementation of new strategies<\/li>\n<li>Collaboration:\u00a0Working with various departments, such as sales, marketing, and finance, to ensure a smooth workflow and achieve company goals.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring that operational activities and processes adhere to company policies, as well as relevant safety and environmental regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Learning and development:\u00a0Actively participating in training programs, workshops, recruitment and teambuildingto gain an understanding of all facets of operations management.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to a positive customer experience by responding to emails, calls and in person clients promptly to ensure a delightful experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Job Specifications and Qualifications<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>A Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management,\u00a0Communication\u00a0or a related discipline.<\/li>\n<li>Previous internship experience in an operational or business\u00a0related role is\u00a0an added
