This role is responsible for quality conformance checks and inspection of ingredients, raw materials, packaging materials, in-process and finished products. The role ensures that all products meet established food safety and quality requirements while driving a culture of continuous improvement.<\/p>\n<h4>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/h4>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Implement and monitor quality and food safety requirements across receiving, production, storage, and dispatch.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct real-time quality checks, sampling, laboratory testing, and sensory evaluations.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure accurate documentation, traceability, and timely reporting of product quality and process deviations.<\/li>\n<li>Investigate product nonconformities, customer complaints, and support root cause analysis with timely corrective actions.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in new product development, including testing, reporting, and specification development.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct internal audits, monitor GMP and hygiene compliance, and ensure sanitation schedules are met.<\/li>\n<li>Manage QA programs, records, and compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Provide quality and food safety training to staff to support a sustainable quality culture.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>QUALIFICATIONS:<\/h4>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Diploma in Food Science\/Technology, Chemistry, Biology, or related discipline (bachelor\u2019s degree is an advantage)<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills,<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail, and a team player.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":640784,"template":"","meta":{"_seopress_robots_primary_cat":"","_seopress_titles_title":"","_seopress_titles_desc":"","_seopress_robots_index":"","_promoted":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_job_salary_unit":"","_job_how_to_apply":"<p>Interested candidates should submit their application, including a detailed CV and cover letter,<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>by <strong>17th September, 2025<\/strong>.
