Position: <\/b>Maternity Cover teacher-Primary (Year 2.)<\/p>\n

Harton Grange Academy, Eldoret is seeking a passionate and committed Year 2 Maternity Cover Teacher for a temporary 3-month (90 days)<\/strong>. Join our dynamic and supportive school community, where you'll inspire young minds and foster a love of learning in a nurturing environment.<\/p>\n

Qualifications and Requirements:<\/h4>\n
    \n
  1. Educational and Experience<\/b>\n
      \n
    • B.Ed. degree<\/strong> (Primary Option), Early Childhood Education, or a related field from an accredited university or college.<\/li>\n
    • Must<\/strong> have at least 1 year of Experience<\/strong> teaching an international curriculum<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • Commitment to Learning and Development<\/b>\n
        \n
      • Demonstrated enthusiasm for professional growth and a willingness to learn.<\/li>\n
      • Passion for working with young children (ages 5-11)<\/li>\n
      • Adaptability and resilience in dynamic classroom environments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
      • Interpersonal and Communication Skills<\/b>\n
          \n
        • Strong verbal and written communication skills<\/li>\n
        • Ability to build positive relationships with young learners and support their social-emotional development.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
        • Cultural Competency<\/b>\n
            \n
          • Awareness of or willingness to learn culturally responsive teaching practices to support diverse student populations in an international school environment.<\/li>\n
