Upholstery & General Works Technician<\/h4>\n

The upholstery technician will handle basic upholstery tasks such as chair repairs and stitching, along with general support duties in the warehouse when upholstery work is not required. The ideal candidate should be able to stitch straight lines accurately, work with basic tools, and assist in day-to-day operations.<\/p>\n

Key Qualifications and experience<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Basic qualification\/ experience in upholstery<\/li>\n
  2. Ability to stitch straight lines and handle fabric accurately.<\/li>\n
  3. Basic understanding of materials like foam, fabric, and wood<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Furniture Assembly Technician<\/h4>\n

    The furniture assembly technician will be responsible for assembling, installing, and inspecting office furniture at client sites or company facilities. This role requires aptitude and experience in assembling furniture or related carpentry responsibilities<\/p>\n

    Key Qualifications and experience<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Technical qualification in carpentry, joinery and\/ or welding<\/li>\n
    2. Minimum 2 years experience assembling furniture and related products<\/li>\n
    3. Basic experience and ability to use assembly tools<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Basic Wood work Technician<\/h4>\n

      This role requires a technician comfortable working with hand tools and small power tools to carry out furniture-related work, fittings, and minor repairs. Perform basic carpentry tasks such as cutting, fitting, and assembling wooden components.<\/p>\n

      Key Qualifications & experience<\/strong><\/p>\n

      • Certificate qualification in carpentry and\/or joinery<\/li>\n
      • 2 years workshop experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        General Qualifications and Experience for all roles<\/h4>\n

        • Technical qualification in welding, carpentry, joinery or upholstery<\/li>\n
        • Minimum 2 years workshop experience<\/li>\n
        • Aptitude and experience using basic workshop tools and equipment<\/li>\n
        • Ability to communicate well in either English and\/or Swahili<\/li>\n
