Responsibilities<\/h4>\n

Duties and responsibilities for this position will entail:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Assisting in posting of banking payments into accounting software<\/li>\n
  2. Assist in handling daily transactions for petty cash<\/li>\n
  3. Assist in reconciling weekly cash transactions<\/li>\n
  4. Assist in preparing payment transactions<\/li>\n
  5. Assist in preparing bank transfers for payment<\/li>\n
  6. Assist in reconciling supplier statements as received<\/li>\n
  7. Assist in verifying authorizations of payments as per the Commission authorized sign off limits<\/li>\n
  8. Any other duty assigned by the Commission from time to time<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    About you<\/h4>\n

    For appointment to this position, a candidate must have;<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Bachelor\u2019s degree in any of the following disciplines: - Bcom (Accounting or Finance Option), Business Administration (Finance or Accounting option) or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution<\/li>\n
    2. Certified Public Accountant I, II or III will be an added advantage<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
