It\u2019s an opportunity to be part of something special.<\/p>\n<p><b>About the role<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The Trade Spend Executive (Project Trainee) will support controlling of trade spend budgeting, claims approval process, pricing execution, management monitoring of controls<\/p>\n<h4>Key responsibilities<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure all Gross-to-Net (G2N) budgeting is pre-approved and properly supported<\/li>\n<li>Support review of all customer claims on company portal<\/li>\n<li>Maintain claims tracker and always ensure completeness and accuracy<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and review discounts &amp; various trade activities for setup in company systems and coordinate with 3rd party order-to-cash service provider<\/li>\n<li>Prepare monthly financial reporting of trade spend accruals and coordinate for timely and accurate submission<\/li>\n<li>Own pricing process; execution of price structures, system setup, validation and reviews<\/li>\n<li>Support commercial Hygiene process, internal controls and other compliance programs by championing management monitoring<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Qualifications and skills<\/h4>\n<p><b>Required<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A university degree in Accounting &amp; Finance is required<\/li>\n<li>Relevant\u00a0certification\/accreditations\u00a0in Finance field e.g CPA, ACCA, CFA, CIFA are a plus<\/li>\n<li>Written &amp; verbal French and English languages fluency is a must<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong presentation and MS office skills<\/li>\n<li>Analytical and numeracy skills<\/li>\n<li>Preference will be given to recent graduates<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Please save a copy of the job description, as this may be helpful to refer to once the advert closes.<\/p>\n<p><b>Diversity, Equity and Inclusion<\/b><\/p>\n<p>At Haleon we embrace our diverse workforce by creating an inclusive environment that celebrates our unique perspectives, generates curiosity to create unmatched understanding of each other, and promotes fair and equitable outcomes for everyone.<\/p>\n<p>We\u2019re striving to create a climate where we celebrate our diversity in all forms by treating each other with respect, listening to different viewpoints, supporting our communities, and creating a workplace where your authentic self belongs and thrives.<\/p>\n<p>We believe in an agile working culture for all our roles.
