We do this through our five lines of services: Data Analytics, Social and Market Research, Corporate Training and Development, Management and Business Advisory, and Digital Innovation.<\/p>\n<h4>Job Summary<\/h4>\n<p>We are seeking dynamic and results-oriented Sales Interns with a strong background in\u00a0<strong>Economics, Statistics, or related fields\u00a0<\/strong>to promote and sell our suite of solutions. These include Training &amp; Capacity Development, Data Solutions Excellence, Research &amp; Insights Leadership, Technology &amp; Innovation Enablers, and Organizational Growth &amp; Sustainability Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solution-based selling, with the ability to understand client needs, present tailored offerings, and build long-term business relationships across multiple sectors.<\/p>\n<h4>Key Responsibilities<\/h4>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Identify, qualify, and pursue business opportunities across corporates, NGOs, government, and development sectors.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and present proposals that clearly communicate the value and ROI of our training, data, and organizational growth solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Engage with client decision-makers (policy makers, executives, managers, and technical teams) to position solutions effectively.<\/li>\n<li>Support clients in understanding how research, data-driven insights, and innovation can improve their organizational performance.<\/li>\n<li>Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with product, research, and technical teams to align client needs with organizational capabilities.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts and performance reports.<\/li>\n<li>Represent the organization in conferences, workshops, and stakeholder engagement forums.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure smooth handover to delivery teams and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Qualifications &amp;
