Professional Requirements<\/h4>\n
    \n
  1. Must possess Certificate of Secondary Education<\/li>\n
  2. Must possess Diploma in Library and Information Studies or its equivalent from a recognized institution<\/li>\n
  3. Must provide evidence of computer literacy<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    \u00a0Duties and Responsibilities<\/h4>\n
      \n
    1. Issue and receive library materials<\/li>\n
    2. File all the various Library catalogue cards<\/li>\n
    3. Compile lists of over dues materials<\/li>\n
    4. Record and analyze work statistics<\/li>\n
    5. Prepare book pockets\/cards and affix them on relevant books and Spine mark<\/li>\n
    6. Dispatch books to respective destinations for further action<\/li>\n
    7. Produce catalogue cards<\/li>\n
    8. Compile accession lists<\/li>\n
    9. Photocopy materials for users<\/li>\n
    10. Carry out other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
