Maintenance<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with the development team to design, build, and maintain scalable applications using\u00a0<strong>.NET Core<\/strong>\u00a0or\u00a0<strong>Java<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to ensure code quality and consistency.<\/li>\n<li>Implement new features based on business requirements and contribute to continuous improvements of existing applications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Debugging &amp; Issue Resolution<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Receive and analyze client-reported issues related to application performance, bugs, or functionality.<\/li>\n<li>Reproduce and troubleshoot issues in a controlled test environment to identify root causes.<\/li>\n<li>Work with team leads to apply fixes and ensure they do not introduce new issues.<\/li>\n<li>Document bug reports, resolution steps, and outcomes for reference and knowledge sharing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirement Analysis &amp; Client Support<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Participate in project meetings to understand client needs, technical requirements, and end-user expectations.<\/li>\n<li>Translate business requirements into functional specifications with support from senior team members.<\/li>\n<li>Engage in discussions with QA, designers, and senior developers to clarify scope and align expectations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Software Testing Support<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist the QA team in creating\u00a0<strong>test cases<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>test scenarios<\/strong>, and\u00a0<strong>automated\/manual tests<\/strong>\u00a0for assigned modules.<\/li>\n<li>Support execution of integration, regression, and system tests, helping identify bugs and performance issues.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) when needed, ensuring the final product meets client standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Documentation &amp; Reporting<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Contribute to project documentation including feature specifications, technical guides, and user manuals.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain clear and concise records of development work, changes, and test results.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare progress reports or status updates for internal stakeholders and team leads.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Collaboration &amp;
