    We\u2019re looking for a passionate, digitally-savvy Social Media Intern to help us scale our online presence and community engagement across multiple platforms.<\/p>\n

    Role Overview<\/h4>\n

    The Social Media Intern will play a key role in building, managing, and growing the online communities for WIN Group Agency, Skinny Dip Nairobi, and The Walking Tribe KE. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller, trend-aware, and comfortable with hands-on digital execution across multiple channels.<\/p>\n

    Key Responsibilities<\/h4>\n

    Social Media Management<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Manage existing social media pages and create new ones where necessary (Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, YouTube, WhatsApp Channels).<\/li>\n
    • Plan, create, and schedule content across platforms to align with each brand\u2019s voice and objectives.<\/li>\n
    • Engage audiences through interactive content, comments, DMs, and community-building activities.<\/li>\n
    • Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      E-commerce & Business Profiles<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      • Create and manage WhatsApp Business Profiles, Stores, and Catalogues<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
      • Set up and maintain Meta Business Shops<\/strong> (Instagram Shops, Facebook Shops) and TikTok Shops<\/strong> for Skinny Dip Nairobi.<\/li>\n
      • Support in aligning online stores with suppliers and finance for smooth operations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Influencer Marketing<\/strong><\/p>\n

          \n
        • Identify, recruit, and onboard influencers relevant to each brand.<\/li>\n
        • Manage influencer relationships, contracts, and deliverables.<\/li>\n
        • Coordinate influencer content campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and reporting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Brand & Content Support<\/strong><\/p>\n

            \n
          • Work with the Client Service Manager on campaign rollouts, product launches, and event marketing.<\/li>\n
          • Assist in photography, video shoots, editing, and digital storytelling where needed.<\/li>\n
          • Stay on top of trends, memes, and cultural conversations to keep content fresh and engaging.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Qualifications & Skills<\/h4>\n
              \n
            • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field (or in progress).<\/li>\n
            • Strong knowledge of AI tools and apps such as Lexi, ChatGPT, Asana, Lexi and Gamma<\/strong><\/li>\n
            • Strong knowledge of Social Media Management Tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, Sprout Social, Zoho Social, Metricool<\/strong>, and Canva\u2019s Content Planner<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
            • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and e-commerce tools such as Shopify<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
            • Advanced content creation skills (photography, videography, editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, YouCut, Adobe apps<\/strong>).<\/li>\n
            • Excellent communication and organizational skills.<\/li>\n
            • Passion for lifestyle, wellness, entertainment, and pop culture.<\/li>\n
            • Team player with a growth mindset and willingness to learn.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              Compensation:<\/h4>\n

              • Salary:<\/strong> KES 17,500 per month (probation). Review after 3 months probation.<\/li>\n
              • Contract:<\/strong> 3 months internship probation, leading to a 1-year renewable contract.<\/li>\n
              • Benefits:<\/strong> None beyond salary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                Working Hours:<\/h4>\n

                • Monday to Friday: 8:30am \u2013 6:00pm (1-hour lunch break).<\/strong><\/li>\n
