The firm is involved in every aspect of planning, management,and executio,n letting their clients focus on their core business.<\/p>\n<h4>Duties and Responsibilities:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in filming services, events, and productions (multi-camera setup where applicable).<\/li>\n<li>Handle sound equipment setup and operation for services and recordings.<\/li>\n<li>Edit video content for YouTube, Facebook, and other digital platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Create basic graphic designs (thumbnails, posters, overlays, visual assets).<\/li>\n<li>Support post-production processes including social media scheduling and posting.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the Media Lead to ensure high-quality outputs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Qualifications<\/h4>\n<p><strong>Basic to intermediate experience in:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Camera operation<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Video editing software<\/strong>(Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Graphic design tools<\/strong>(Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator, or equivalent)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sound mixing\/technician work<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Other Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong creativity and willingness to learn under supervision.<\/li>\n<li>High flexibility for long work hours (early morning set-ups and late-night wrap-ups).<\/li>\n<li>Team player with good communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Residing near Nairobi CBD\/Westlands area highly encouraged.<\/li>\n<li>Gentlemen are encouraged to
