Position Summary:<\/h4>\n

We are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Graduate Trainee \u2013 Software Engineer to join our fast-paced engineering team. This role offers hands-on experience in software development, system monitoring, and technical support within a dynamic fintech environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in technology, a problem-solving mindset, and the eagerness to learn from experienced engineers while contributing to real-world projects that power digital financial solutions.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/h4>\n
    \n
  • Provide first-line technical support by troubleshooting and resolving software and system-related issues.<\/li>\n
  • Monitor transaction flows, system performance, and uptime for internal and external platforms.<\/li>\n
  • Assist in API integrations, working closely with developers, clients, and product teams to ensure smooth implementation.<\/li>\n
  • Participate in software testing, bug identification, and regression testing to ensure product reliability.<\/li>\n
  • Maintain technical documentation, FAQs, and internal troubleshooting guides.<\/li>\n
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, QA, and Customer Success, to ensure timely issue resolution.<\/li>\n
  • Learn and apply agile development practices while supporting engineering sprints and team activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Requirements:<\/h4>\n
      \n
    • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.<\/li>\n
    • At least\u00a01 year of experience<\/strong>\u00a0(internship) in software development or technical support.<\/li>\n
    • Basic knowledge of programming languages such as\u00a0JavaScript and Node.js<\/strong>.<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Familiarity with\u00a0APIs, JSON, and RESTful services<\/strong>.<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.<\/li>\n
    • High attention to detail, accountability, and a willingness to learn.<\/li>\n
    • Exposure to\u00a0fintech or technology environments<\/strong>\u00a0will be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
