We are\u00a0<strong>Changing the African Narrative<\/strong>\u00a0by empowering young talented Africans to actively participate in the digital transformation of Africa as creators and owners.<\/p>\n<h4>About the Innovation Fellowship Program:<\/h4>\n<p>We offer a unique 12-month innovation fellowship program for college graduates to work on well-vetted ideas with like-minded peers under the guidance of an experienced leadership team and mentor network with the goal to expand entrepreneur capacity while developing fundamentally sound early-stage startups.<\/p>\n<p>This is a full-time on-site (Launchpad Innovation Campus) and an ideal opportunity to develop relevant professional skills, gain innovation &amp; leadership experience, and the chance to be part of a startup founding team (from ideation to launch).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Applicants can work in either of the following areas (list not exhaustible);<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Product development.<\/li>\n<li>Designers (Graphic, UI\/UX)<\/li>\n<li>Research &amp; Analysts (Finance, Market, product etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Program management<\/li>\n<li>Marketing &amp; Storytelling<\/li>\n<li>Sales\/Business Development<\/li>\n<li>Community &amp; fundraising<\/li>\n<li>Customer Success<\/li>\n<li>Operations (Finance, HR, Admin)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Who it is for:<\/h4>\n<p>Exceptional recent graduates ready to work in a fast paced start up ecosystem and have;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A bachelor's degree in the related field of interest.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and research skills with a keen eye for detail.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.<\/li>\n<li>A high level of creativity with an eye for innovation and exceptional problem-solving abilities.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently (owner) and as part of a team.<\/li>\n<li>Good interpersonal skills, cultural awareness, and sensitivity to working with people from diverse backgrounds and fast paced environment.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to identify business opportunities and develop viable business models.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>What you will get<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Opportunity <\/em>to work in a dynamic startup ecosystem &amp; becoming a creator &amp; an owner<\/li>\n<li>Global Networking opportunity; Fireside chats, Mentor Network<\/li>\n<li>Gamified learning and development program; from mental models to masterclasses.<\/li>\n<li>Unique skillsets and mindset shift - Innovation leaders<\/li>\n<li>Friendly workspace set up (Launchpad Innovation Campus)<\/li>\n<li>Monthly stipend plus career progression<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Our organization is an equal-opportunity employer.
