Job Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Junior Project Manager supports the execution of internal and external projects across the organization. They work with a reduced workload and receive direct, hands-on guidance from the Department Head while gaining experience in project ownership.<\/p>\n

Core Responsibilities:<\/h4>\n
    \n
  • Manage assigned internal and external projects under the close supervision of the Department Head<\/li>\n
  • Manage internal and external projects from kickoff to completion<\/li>\n
  • Develop and maintain project plans, task lists, and timelines<\/li>\n
  • Coordinate with developers, associates, operations, and other teams to ensure on-time delivery<\/li>\n
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication on assigned projects<\/li>\n
  • Track milestones, task progress, and deliverable statuses<\/li>\n
  • Identify risks, escalate issues, and track resolution steps<\/li>\n
  • Ensure that all project documentation, approvals, and communications are stored properly<\/li>\n
  • Submit and maintain weekly Capacity Reports<\/li>\n
  • Complete Service Failure Reports as applicable<\/li>\n
  • Update the New Business Report post-SOW<\/li>\n
  • Collaborate with Senior PMs when projects require escalation, strategic alignment, or resourcing support<\/li>\n
  • Build familiarity with internal project management processes, tools, and best practices<\/li>\n
  • Participate in process improvements and PM team initiatives as needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Qualifications<\/h4>\n
      \n
    • 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in project coordination or junior project management, preferably in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.<\/li>\n
    • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.<\/li>\n
    • Basic understanding of project lifecycle, planning, tracking, and reporting tools.<\/li>\n
    • Familiarity with business process outsourcing, software development cycles, or AI & automation concepts is an added advantage.<\/li>\n
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project documentation.<\/li>\n
    • Comfortable working with remote teams across global time zones.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
