This role is essential in managing inbound and outbound calls to provide\u00a0timely\u00a0assistance, information, and support to patients, families, and external stakeholders. Requirements<\/h4>\n

Minimum Qualifications<\/span>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • Diploma in\u00a0<\/span>Communications<\/span>,\u00a0<\/span>Media Studies<\/span>, or\u00a0a related field<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Minimum of\u00a0<\/span>two (2) years\u2019 experience<\/span>\u00a0in a similar or related role within a busy call\u00a0centre\u00a0or healthcare environment<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n

    Skills Required<\/span>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

    • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and call\u00a0centre\u00a0systems<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Strong understanding of hospital services and general operations<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centred\u00a0approach<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Ability to manage multiple calls, prioritise tasks, and maintain accuracy under pressure<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Competence in using phone systems, automated call distributors (ACD), and digital communication tools<\/span><\/li>\n
