We are a regulated deposit taking Sacco in Kenya seeking to recruit qualified persons with high synergy to meet the Sacco's goals and objectives. The Sacco invite applications for the following job positions:<\/p>\n

MARKETING & CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE OFFICER<\/strong><\/p>\n

The holder of this position will report to the Marketing and Business Development Manager.<\/p>\n

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/h4>\n
    \n
  1. Provide support:<\/b>\u00a0Respond to customer inqiries, resolve complaints, and manage accounts to ensure customer satisfaction.<\/li>\n
  2. Gather feedback:<\/b>\u00a0Collect customer feedback through surveys and direct interactions to identify areas for improvement.<\/li>\n
  3. Handle issues:<\/b>\u00a0Proactively identify potential problems and work with internal departments to find solutions and ensure a positive customer journey.<\/li>\n
  4. Onboard customers:\u00a0<\/b>Ensure a seamless and positive onboarding experience for new customers.<\/li>\n
  5. Generate leads:<\/b>\u00a0Identify and generate leads for sales teams through various channels, including online chats and in-person interactions.<\/li>\n
  6. Promote products:<\/b>\u00a0Cross-sell products and services to existing and potential customers to help meet departmental targets.<\/li>\n
  7. Create content:<\/b>\u00a0Assist with creating marketing materials and content to enhance brand presence and engagement.<\/li>\n
  8. Analyze data:<\/b>\u00a0Track and analyze marketing campaign performance and use customer data to inform marketing and business strategies.<\/li>\n
  9. Manage communication:<\/b>\u00a0Handle customer communications, such as SMS reports and live chats, to enhance engagement.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS<\/h4>\n

      1. Bachelor\u2019s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.<\/li>\n
      2. 2\u20133 years\u2019 experience in marketing, sales, or customer experience engagement.<\/li>\n
      3. Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.<\/li>\n
      4.
