CALL CENTRE AGENT<\/strong><\/p>\n

The holder of this position will report to the Marketing & Business Development Manager.<\/p>\n

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/h4>\n
    \n
  1. Customer support:<\/b>\u00a0Answer and respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests via phone, email, or chat.<\/li>\n
  2. Problem-solving:<\/b>\u00a0Troubleshoot customer issues and provide logical, lasting solutions.<\/li>\n
  3. Information provision:<\/b>\u00a0Provide accurate and detailed information about products, services, and company policies.<\/li>\n
  4. Call management:<\/b>\u00a0Manage call volume, handle both inbound and outbound calls, and follow communication procedures.<\/li>\n
  5. Follow-up:<\/b>\u00a0Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and to build customer loyalty.<\/li>\n
  6. Goal achievement:<\/b>\u00a0Meet or exceed performance goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).<\/li>\n
  7. Escalation:<\/b>\u00a0Escalate priority issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when needed.<\/li>\n
  8. Compliance:<\/b>\u00a0Adhere to the company guidelines, security policies and procedures.<\/li>\n
  9. Upselling:<\/b>\u00a0Identify opportunities to upsell products or services when appropriate.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS<\/h4>\n
      \n
    1. Ability to use computers, navigate various software programs.<\/li>\n
    2. Understand the products or services the company offers to provide accurate information.<\/li>\n
    3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<\/li>\n
    4. Active listening skills.<\/li>\n
    5. Strong analytical skills to identify customer problems and find effective solutions.<\/li>\n
    6. Possess the ability to remain calm and empathetic, especially when dealing with frustrated customers.<\/li>\n
    7. The capacity to adjust to different customer personalities and unique situations.<\/li>\n
    8. The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.<\/li>\n
    9. The ability to work effectively as part of a team.<\/li>\n
    10. Diploma in Business Administration, Communications or a related field.<\/li>\n
    11.
