Position Level: <\/strong>SHA 8<\/p>\n

Number of positions: 4<\/strong><\/p>\n

Qualifications, Skills and Experience Required:<\/h4>\n

For appointment to this grade, an candidate must have:<\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or Economics, Business, Medicine, Social Science, or Pharmacy equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.<\/li>\n
  2. Proficiency in computer applications;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Responsibilities:<\/h4>\n

    This will be the entry grade for grade for this cadre, an officer at this level may be deployed in any of the following functional areas;<\/p>\n

      \n
    • Assisting in the empanelment process for licensed health providers and facilities;<\/li>\n
    • Processing beneficiary registrations and maintaining accurate records;<\/li>\n
    • Monitoring operational activities for compliance with the SHA Act and reporting any issues;<\/li>\n
    • implementing of operational strategies for member registration and public education;<\/li>\n
    • Collaborating with County Governments and partners to promote SHA membership;<\/li>\n
    • Participating in stakeholder engagement activities to support registration and revenue targets;<\/li>\n
    • Assisting in the implementation of performance-based contracting methodologies;<\/li>\n
    • Supporting the preparation of monitoring and evaluation reports;<\/li>\n
    • Assisting in the implementation of clinical audit policies and strategies;<\/li>\n
    • Conducting health needs assessments and risk assessments under supervision;<\/li>\n
    • Participating in Health Needs Assessments for clinical interventions and technologies;<\/li>\n

      1. Certificate of Good Conduct from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations.<\/li>\r\n\t
      2. Tax Compliance Certificate from the Kenya Revenue Authority.<\/li>\r\n\t
      3. Clearance Certificate from the Higher Education Loans Board (HELB).<\/li>\r\n\t
      4. Clearance Certificate from the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC).<\/li>\r\n\t
      5. Report from a Credit Reference Bureau (CRB).<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n
