Nakuru County Public Service Board has officially announced an opening for an Inspector (Electrical)<\/strong> within the Department of Water, Environment, Energy, Climate Change and Natural Resources. This position, requires qualified Kenyan citizens to possess at least a Diploma or equivalent certification, along with proficiency in computer applications.<\/p>\n

Pursuant to the provisions of Article 235 of the Constitution of Kenya and Section 59 of the County Governments Act, Cap. 265 Laws of Kenya, Nakuru County Public Service Board invites applications from qualified Kenyan citizens to fill the following vacant positions.<\/p>\n

INSPECTOR (ELECTRICAL) (ONE (1) POSITION) \u2013 ADVERT NO. 06\/2025\/01<\/strong><\/p>\n

Basic Salary Scale<\/strong>: Kshs. 26,900 \u2013 35,380 p.m. CPSB 11 (J\/G \u2018H\u2019)
\nAllowances <\/strong>as per the SRC circulars attached to the position.
\nTerms of Employment<\/strong>: 3-Year Contract<\/p>\n

For appointment to this position a candidate must have:<\/p>\n

i. Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Technician Certificate Part III or equivalent and relevant qualification from a recognized institution; and
\nii. Proficiency in computer applications<\/p>\n

Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

i. Inspection and maintenance of electronic installations in public buildings and government quarters;
\nii. Testing and maintenance of electrical controls related to fire detection equipment, cookers, water-heaters and general domestic appliances; and
\niii.
