DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES<\/h4>\n

Project Planning & Coordination:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Support the Project Manager in planning and scheduling project activities.<\/li>\n
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely project execution.<\/li>\n
  • Assist in monitoring project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Site Supervision & Quality Control:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Participate in regular site inspections to ensure work meets project specifications and safety standards.<\/li>\n
    • Track progress and report any deviations from plans or schedules.<\/li>\n
    • Assist in resolving on-site issues and liaising with contractors and supervisors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Budgeting & Documentation:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      • Assist in preparation of project budgets, cost estimates, and procurement plans.<\/li>\n
      • Maintain accurate project records including reports, drawings, and correspondence.<\/li>\n
      • Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management review.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Health, Safety & Compliance:<\/strong><\/p>\n

          \n
        • Ensure adherence to occupational health and safety regulations on site.<\/li>\n
        • Support implementation of company and regulatory compliance requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Communication & Coordination:<\/strong><\/p>\n

            \n
          • Facilitate smooth communication among internal teams and external stakeholders.<\/li>\n
          • Attend project meetings and prepare minutes and follow-up action points.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION<\/h4>\n
              \n
            • Degree in\u00a0Construction Project Management, Civil Engineering, Building Economics, or a related field<\/strong><\/li>\n
            • At least 1 year of practical experience<\/strong>\u00a0in construction project coordination, site supervision, or a similar role (including attachment\/internship experience)<\/li>\n
            • Good understanding of construction project workflows, scheduling, and cost management.<\/li>\n
            • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Project) and basic knowledge of AutoCAD or similar software.<\/li>\n
            • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n
            • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n
