Job Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n

We are looking for a human resource intern to support in running the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities<\/h4>\n
    \n
  • Drafting memos, letters, and reports.<\/li>\n
  • Reviewing job descriptions and preparing job advertisements.<\/li>\n
  • Organizing Staff induction and onboarding programs.<\/li>\n
  • Processing salaries, allowances, benefits, and final dues.<\/li>\n
  • Updating the human resource information systems data.<\/li>\n
  • Undertaking training needs analysis, projections, and developing training programs.<\/li>\n
  • Implementing human resource management policies, regulations, procedures, and systems.<\/li>\n
  • Supporting the recruitment processes.<\/li>\n
  • Payroll processing.<\/li>\n
  • Support in the implementation of training programs.<\/li>\n
  • Participate in handling personnel grievances and other related matters.<\/li>\n
  • Coordinating the staff separation processes.<\/li>\n
  • Disseminating internal communication to staff in a timely manner.<\/li>\n
  • Participate in disciplinary processes Handle inquiries in the HR office promptly and courteously.<\/li>\n
  • Any other duty as assigned by the management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Experience and skills<\/h4>\n
      \n
    • Degree\/Diploma in Human Resource Management or its equivalent.<\/li>\n
    • Must have a good understanding and practical knowledge of the various employment laws.<\/li>\n
    • Must be computer\/ IT proficient.<\/li>\n
    • Must have a laptop<\/li>\n
    • Candidate must be honest, a team player, and able to multi-task.<\/li>\n
    • 0-6 months experience in a similar position.<\/li>\n
    • People management skills and emotional maturity.<\/li>\n
    • Documentation and record keeping.<\/li>\n
