ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (PAYROLL) - GRADE VIII<\/strong><\/p>\n

a) Job Purpose<\/strong><\/p>\n

Responsible for assisting in the coordination and supervision within the Department i.e. recruitment and placement, general human resource, industrial relations and staff welfare.<\/p>\n

b) Key Responsibilities<\/h4>\n

i) Ensure effective payroll processing including processing time sheets and entering data in the payroll system.
\nii) Maintain accurate records, ensuring compliance with tax laws and other regulatory requirements.
\niii) Ensure effective record keeping including confidential payroll data and employee's information.
\niv) Manage the implementation of approved deductions, benefits and other legal requirements.
\nv) Respond to employee queries regarding salaries, allowances, benefits and other deductions.<\/p>\n

c) Job Specification<\/h4>\n

Minimum Requirements:-<\/strong><\/p>\n

i) Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Commerce (Accounting Option) or its equivalent.
\nii) Proficiency in relevant computer applications.<\/p>\n

Terms of Service<\/strong><\/p>\n
