Position Summary<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

We are seeking a highly motivated Compliance Graduate Trainee to join our Operations and Compliance team. The ideal candidate will assist the Compliance Manager in ensuring the organization adheres to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards. This role is perfect for a recent graduate passionate about compliance, risk management, and policy development who is looking to grow their career within a dynamic and supportive environment.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/h4>\n
    \n
  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating company compliance policies and procedures.<\/li>\n
  • Support risk assessment activities by identifying and analyzing operational risks.<\/li>\n
  • Maintain accurate and organized compliance documentation and records.<\/li>\n
  • Help prepare and submit compliance reports to regulatory bodies and internal management.<\/li>\n
  • Support the delivery of compliance training to staff and ensure clear communication of regulatory changes.<\/li>\n
  • Assist in managing compliance-related software and tools.<\/li>\n
  • Serve as a point of contact for compliance-related queries from staff and external stakeholders.<\/li>\n
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and suggest improvements to compliance processes.<\/li>\n
  • Collaborate with internal departments to enhance compliance understanding across the organization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Qualifications:<\/h4>\n
      \n
    • Bachelor\u2019s degree or Diploma in business administration, Commerce, Marketing, Communication or a related field.<\/li>\n
    • Strong interest in compliance, regulatory affairs, or risk management.<\/li>\n
    • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.<\/li>\n
    • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.<\/li>\n
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n
