The Role<\/h4>\n

We are seeking recent graduates to join our academics team as Teaching Interns from January 2026. This paid internship<\/strong> offers aspiring educators hands-on classroom experience and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to learners\u2019 academic and personal growth, while preparing for a long-term career in teaching.<\/p>\n

Duration:<\/strong> up to 12 months<\/p>\n

  • Mathematics<\/li>\n

  • Creative Arts (Music and Arts)<\/li>\n
  • ICT\/Digital Literacy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Duties and Responsibilities<\/h4>\n
      \n
    • Assist in planning, developing and delivering engaging, learner-centered lessons tailored to diverse student needs.<\/li>\n
    • Support the preparation and administration of assessments and evaluations in line with CBC standards.<\/li>\n
    • Facilitate small group or one-on-one learning sessions, as assigned.<\/li>\n
    • Supervise classes in the absence of the class teacher and maintain classroom discipline.<\/li>\n
    • Actively participate in the school's co-curricular and social support programs<\/li>\n
    • Maintain accurate learner records and assist with progress reporting.<\/li>\n
    • Assist in preparing instructional materials and classroom resources.<\/li>\n
    • Monitor and encourage positive learner behavior and peer engagement.<\/li>\n
    • Provide regular updates to the class teacher on learner progress.<\/li>\n
    • Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Minimum Requirements<\/h4>\n
        \n
      • MUST <\/strong>have a TSC certificate.<\/li>\n
      • Have a Degree in Education or a related field.<\/li>\n
      • Proficiency in computer applications \/ digital skills<\/li>\n
      • Strong understanding of the CBC curriculum.<\/li>\n
      • Being active in extra-curricular activities is an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
