To strengthen our team, we are seeking to fill the following position:<\/p>\n<p><strong>ICT INTERN<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Reporting to <\/strong>the System Administrator.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Purpose<\/strong>: To glorify God by providing excellent, efficient and compassionate health care at ICT department to ensure smooth running and minimize gaps in service delivery, improve efficiency and ensure timeliness of customer requests.<\/p>\n<h4>Duties and Responsibilities<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist users with hardware and software issues.<\/li>\n<li>Troubleshoot basic computer, printer and network issues.<\/li>\n<li>Support in enforcing security protocols (password policies, MFA setup).<\/li>\n<li>Help manage user accounts and permissions (Active Directory, email).<\/li>\n<li>Attend internal training sessions and CMEs.<\/li>\n<li>Troubleshoot SmartCare, Booking &amp; Taifa care system issues to end users and any other software used by the hospital.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain logs of IT support requests &amp; Document processes or guides for internal use.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in inventory management of IT assets (laptops, cables, monitors).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Qualifications, Experience, Competencies and Attributes<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Diploma or Degree in Information and Communication Technology.<\/li>\n<li>Basic knowledge of; Windows or Linux Operating Systems Networking (LAN\/WAN, IP addressing, routers, switches) Microsoft Office 365\/Google Workspace Hardware troubleshooting and repair.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of software development and cybersecurity fundamentals is an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":608300,"template":"","meta":{"_seopress_robots_primary_cat":"","_seopress_titles_title":"","_seopress_titles_desc":"","_seopress_robots_index":"","_promoted":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_job_salary_unit":"","_job_how_to_apply":"If you believe you are the ideal candidate and meet the specified criteria, we encourage you to take the next steps in the application process.
