Key Responsibilities:<\/h4>\n

    Lead Generation & Qualification:<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    • \n
        \n
      • Assist in identifying potential leads through online research, email outreach, social media and referrals.<\/li>\n
      • Support preliminary lead qualification under the guidance of the Customer Engagement Specialist.<\/li>\n
      • Conduct basic research on prospective clients\u2019 business needs, industry trends and potential challenges.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Sales Process & Client Interaction:<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          • \n
              \n
            • Assist in outreach efforts, including drafting emails, scheduling follow-ups and setting meetings.<\/li>\n
            • Support preparation of sales materials, product demos and client presentations.<\/li>\n
            • Engage professionally with clients to address simple inquiries and route complex questions to the appropriate team members.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                Product Knowledge & Market Awareness:<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                  • Learn and maintain foundational knowledge of Pawa IT\u2019s cloud solutions portfolio.<\/li>\n
                  • Stay informed about trends in cloud computing, digital transformation, and industry shifts.<\/li>\n
                  • Share insights with the Customer Engagement team on customer needs and market observations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                      Collaboration & Reporting:<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                      • \n
                          \n
                        • Support maintenance of CRM systems by updating lead and pipeline information.<\/li>\n
                        • Collaborate closely with the Customer Engagement Specialist on ongoing projects and client engagements.<\/li>\n
                        • Participate in team meetings, training sessions and knowledge-building activities to improve skills continuously.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                          Requirements<\/h4>\n

                          Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n

                            \n
                          • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology or a related field.<\/li>\n
                          • Strong interest in cloud technology, digital transformation and customer engagement.<\/li>\n
                          • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<\/li>\n
                          • Basic understanding of sales processes or a strong willingness to learn.<\/li>\n
                          • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and adapt to a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n
                          • Familiarity with Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, etc.)<\/li>\n
                          • Exposure to CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is an added advantage.<\/li>\n
                          • Interest in Device Management tools (e.g., Iru) is a plus.<\/li>\n
                          • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
