SKM Africa client is a growing credit-only financial institution dedicated to providing flexible and customer-focused lending solutions. They are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Finance & Procurement Officer to support financial operations, ensure prudent procurement processes, and enhance overall operational efficiency.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/h4>\n
    \n
  • Support day-to-day finance operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, invoicing, and reconciliations.<\/li>\n
  • Assist in Preparation and maintenance of accurate financial records in line with accounting standards.<\/li>\n
  • Monitor expenses to ensure adherence to budgets and internal controls.<\/li>\n
  • Support audit processes by preparing relevant documentation and responding to audit queries.<\/li>\n
  • Oversee the procurement process, including requisitions, supplier sourcing, quotations, and purchase orders.<\/li>\n
  • Evaluate suppliers based on quality, pricing, delivery timelines, and reliability.<\/li>\n
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, assets, and procurement documentation.<\/li>\n
  • Ensure goods and services are procured in line with company policies and cost-effectiveness.<\/li>\n
  • Track and monitor office supplies, equipment, and service contracts.<\/li>\n
  • Ensure timely renewal and management of vendor agreements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Requirements<\/h4>\n
      \n
    • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Finance, Accounting, Procurement, or a related field.<\/li>\n
    • CPA Section I or above is an added advantage.<\/li>\n
    • At least 1\u20132 years of experience in finance, accounting, or procurement roles (experience in a financial or credit institution is an added advantage).<\/li>\n
    • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and procurement procedures.<\/li>\n
    • Excellent analytical, numerical, and organizational skills.<\/li>\n
    • High level of integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality.<\/li>\n
