SKM Africa client is a rapidly growing credit-only financial institution dedicated to providing flexible and customer-focused lending solutions. They are seeking ambitious and results-driven\u00a0Business Development Executives<\/strong>\u00a0to drive sales growth, onboard new clients, and expand the company\u2019s market presence.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/h4>\n

Sales & Client Acquisition:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Identify, engage, and onboard new clients for the company\u2019s lending products.<\/li>\n
  • Market and promote logbook loans, asset finance, and related financial products.<\/li>\n
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.<\/li>\n
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Client Relationship Management:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business.<\/li>\n
    • Conduct client needs assessments and recommend suitable loan products.<\/li>\n
    • Provide excellent customer service throughout the loan application and onboarding process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Market Research & Fieldwork:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      • Conduct field visits, market mapping, and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.<\/li>\n
      • Gather customer insights and share feedback with management to improve products and processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Reporting & Compliance:<\/strong><\/p>\n

          \n
        • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, applications, and sales activities.<\/li>\n
        • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.<\/li>\n
        • Adhere to internal credit policies, compliance guidelines, and ethical sales practices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Requirements<\/h4>\n
            \n
          • Diploma or Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.<\/li>\n
          • Proven sales experience in microfinance, credit, insurance, or similar sectors is an added advantage.<\/li>\n
          • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n
          • Strong self-drive, confidence, and ability to work in a target-driven environment.<\/li>\n
          • High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer focus.<\/li>\n
