Graduate Trainee-Microbiologist<\/strong><\/p>\n

Job Summary:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ensure compliance in terms of Microbiology as per set statutory requirements and company set regulations.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities and Duties:<\/h4>\n
    \n
  • Execute departmental activities in alignment with production strategies, policies, and procedures to meet organizational goals.<\/li>\n
  • Identify issues through microbiological analysis and recommend corrective and preventive actions.<\/li>\n
  • Continuously update and apply new knowledge in microbiological testing techniques and standards.<\/li>\n
  • Prepare and oversee the daily implementation of work plans and schedules.<\/li>\n
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a clean, orderly working environment.<\/li>\n
  • Perform hygiene inspections within the production facility.<\/li>\n
  • Implement quality, customer excellence, and change initiatives to support business objectives and culture.<\/li>\n
  • Apply proper calibration and handling procedures for microbiological equipment.<\/li>\n
  • Possess strong knowledge of chemical analysis related to food products.<\/li>\n
  • Supervise inventory management systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      • Diploma\/Degree in Microbiology\/any other relevant course<\/li>\n
      • Minimum of 1-2 years experience in the role<\/li>\n
      • Proficiency in MS Office applications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
