Quality Controller<\/strong><\/p>\n

Location<\/strong>: Thika<\/p>\n

Job Summary:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Implement product and process quality to ensure conformance as per set specifications to meet customer requirements.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities and Duties:<\/h4>\n
    \n
  • Implement departmental strategies in alignment with production policies, processes, and organizational objectives.<\/li>\n
  • Monitor processes to ensure products meet required quality parameters.<\/li>\n
  • Authorize release of finished goods in the QA SAP module for transfer to final storage.<\/li>\n
  • Maintain accurate records of quality checks by updating checklists at required intervals.<\/li>\n
  • Train and guide staff on quality parameters as outlined in standard operating procedures.<\/li>\n
  • Ensure adherence to all safety protocols.<\/li>\n
  • Drive best practices in production and workplace quality, including GMP and 55 methodology.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    • Ensuring products comply with quality standards.<\/li>\n
    • Adhere to &amp; maintain EHS and regulatory standards.<\/li>\n
    • On time, in full quality checks.<\/li>\n
    • Achieving the target cost<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Qualifications:<\/h4>\n
        \n
      • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Chemistry\/Food Science<\/li>\n
      • 2-3Years' minimum Experience in Manufacturing company is an added advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
