We are looking for a reliable and proactive Maintenance Casual to join our team.<\/p>\n<p>YourHost is a premium hospitality company focusing on short and long term rental design accommodation for savvy guests.<\/p>\n<p>If you are passionate about hands-on technical work and eager to grow your skills in a real hospitality environment, we would love to hear from you.<\/p>\n<h4>Key Responsibilities<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Carry out routine maintenance, repairs and installations across guest rooms and common areas.<\/li>\n<li>Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently.<\/li>\n<li>Perform preventive checks on electrical fittings, plumbing, appliances and general fixtures. Support the housekeeping and operations team with technical maintenance needs.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure safety standards and cleanliness of all work areas.<\/li>\n<li>Report damages, faults and required materials to the supervisor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Qualifications<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Basic technical skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry or general repair work.<\/li>\n<li>At least 2 years experience as a Maintenance Technician.<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is an added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under minimal supervision.<\/li>\n<li>Punctual, reliable and able to follow safety procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":740131,"template":"","meta":{"_seopress_robots_primary_cat":"","_seopress_titles_title":"","_seopress_titles_desc":"","_seopress_robots_index":"","_promoted":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_job_salary_unit":"","_job_how_to_apply":"<p>Are you that person?
