You will also get the opportunity to develop technical job-related skills; have a broader understanding of the business; and get to know different team members.<\/p>\n<p>This program is an 18-month fixed term contract &amp; this year, we are looking for young vibrant and ambitious graduates from different diverse backgrounds to join the following teams: Risk, Finance, Legal, Corporate &amp; Investment Banking, Business Banking, and our Digital teams in Markets and Chief Operations &amp; Digital Office.<\/p>\n<p>This program will allow you to initially go through a formal orientation in our core functions i.e., branch network and operations and thereafter rotate within the select functions in which you will only be confirmed into permanent terms upon successful completion of the Program.<\/p>\n<h4>Who are we looking for?<\/h4>\n<p>You\u2019ve graduated within the last 2 years, or you are expected to graduate on or before 31st December 2025 and your professional life is about to begin. You want to work in a dynamic environment that will give you exposure to a network of professionals who will help guide and enable your career progression. You want to be part of a structured development program that will connect you to graduates from across the continent giving you the skills to be self-empowered and cross-culturally competent.<\/p>\n<h4>What is required of you?<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>You must have graduated with a bachelor\u2019s degree in the following fields within the last two years &amp; with a 2nd class upper and above; IT, Computer Science, Actuarial Science, Finance, Law, Economics and Statistics, Business-related courses.
