The National Housing Corporation (NHC) is a statutory body established under the Housing Act (Cap. 117). Its primary mandate is to implement Government Housing Policies and Programmes.<\/p>\n

The Corporation is seeking to recruit results-driven and highly motivated individuals to fill the following positions.<\/p>\n

Estates Officer II\/I (Valuation & Estates Agency) NHC Grade 8\/7<\/strong><\/p>\n

Duties and responsibilities<\/h4>\n
    \n
  1. Implementing and review policies, strategies procedures and guidelines on valuation & agency.<\/li>\n
  2. Undertaking marketing, letting and sell new and old Estates (both residential and commercial).<\/li>\n
  3. Undertaking on-boarding of tenants and purchasers as per the procedure<\/li>\n
  4. Providing secretarial services to the House Sale and Letting Committee.<\/li>\n
  5. Carrying out property market survey\/studies and\/or supervise valuation exercises.<\/li>\n
  6. Carrying out periodic rental assessments\/surveys, open market valuations to determine the Corporation\u2019s land and housing units;<\/li>\n
  7. Reviewing rental yield annually.<\/li>\n
  8. Maintaining valuation, documentation, reports and journals;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Person Specification:<\/h4>\n

    For appointment to this grade, a person must have: -<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Bachelor\u2019s Degree in any of the following disciplines: Land economics, Real Estate Management, or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;<\/li>\n
    2. Proficiency in computer applications;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
