If you possess a relevant Bachelor\u2019s degree in HR or related fields and are eager to launch your public service career managing vital organizational frameworks, apply now to contribute directly to Kenya\u2019s infrastructure development mandate.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>The Kenya Rural Roads Authority (KeRRA), is a State Corporation under the Ministry of Roads &amp; Transport established under the Kenya Roads Act, 2007 and charged with the mandate to develop, manage, maintain and rehabilitate rural roads.<\/p>\n<p>Pursuant to the provisions of the Act the Board of Directors invite applications from suitably qualified Kenyan Citizens who wish to be considered for the positions at Kenya Rural Roads Authority (KeRRA). The positions are as listed below are (Grade 4-12) on permanent and pensionable terms of service.<\/p>\n<p>Terms and conditions of service for the advertised positions shall apply as per the approved Human Resource Instruments of the Authority.<\/p>\n<p><strong>HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT OFFICER II, KERRA GRADE 8 (2 VACANCIES)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>REF No.<\/strong>: KeRRA\/HRMDO\/46\/2025<\/p>\n<p>This is the entry and training grade for this cadre for Bachelor's Degree holders.
