ABOUT THE ROLE<\/h4>\n

Information and Technology Intern<\/strong><\/p>\n

Terms:\u00a0<\/strong>3 months internship<\/p>\n

Job Purpose<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Internship program will provide an opportunity to gain hands on work- experience, expand knowledge, refine career goals and build professional network and mentor.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities<\/h4>\n
    \n
  1. Support staff \u2013 both internal and external<\/li>\n
  2. Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support<\/li>\n
  3. WHOIS checks and cleanup<\/li>\n
  4. Any other relevant work that may be assigned to the job holder from time to time.<\/li>\n
  5. Systems Documentation<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Qualifications<\/h4>\n

    Education and Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. A recent graduate and holder of Degree\/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or IT related course.<\/li>\n
    2. Knowledgable on Cybersecurity will be an added advantage.<\/li>\n
    3. Understanding network protocals and system administration tasks<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Required competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      1. Techy-savviness-:<\/strong>\u00a0Proficient in up-to-date computer application skills e.g. Microsoft Office and excel<\/li>\n
      2. Analytical-:<\/strong>\u00a0Gathers relevant information through practical methods and develops actionable insights<\/li>\n
      3. Creative: -<\/strong>\u00a0Generates and shares as well as champions new ideas for implementation towards improving operations<\/li>\n
