About the Role<\/h4>\n

Job Purpose<\/strong><\/p>\n

The internship program offers a valuable opportunity for individuals to gain hands-on work experience, expand their knowledge, refine career goals, and build a professional network with mentors. As a customer service intern, you will actively support various initiatives, participating in the planning and execution of customer care activities.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities<\/h4>\n

  1. Assist in conducting customer surveys<\/li>\n
  2. Make calls to registrants to follow up on domain renewal<\/li>\n
  3. Respond to customer complaints, inquires and follow the necessary procedures to escalate unresolved issues.<\/li>\n
  4. Contribute towards the growth of customer care retention.<\/li>\n
  5. Other responsibilities assigned<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Qualifications<\/h4>\n

    Education and Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n

    1. A final-year student or recent graduate holding a degree in any business related field, IT or Social Sciences.<\/li>\n
    2. Computer proficient with Microsoft Office<\/li>\n
    3. Communication skills and phone etiquette skills<\/li>\n
    4. Interpersonal skills, problem solving skills<\/li>\n
    5. personable, presentable and articulate<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
