HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT & DEVELOPMENT OFFICER II- TWENT YFOUR (24) POSTS - V\/NO. 190\/2025<\/strong><\/p>\n

Gross Salary Scale<\/strong>: Ksh 102,611 \u2013 177,467 p.m. (PSC 9)
\nLeave Allowance<\/strong>: Ksh. 35,000 per financial year
\nAnnual Leave<\/strong>: 30 working days per financial year
\nMedical Cover<\/strong>: As provided by the PSC medical cover
\nTerms of Service<\/strong>: Permanent and Pensionable.<\/p>\n

Requirements for Appointment:<\/h4>\n

For appointment, a candidate must have:<\/p>\n

(i) a Bachelors\u2019 Degree in Human Resource Management\/Development or equivalent qualification from a university recognized in Kenya;
\nOR
\na Bachelor\u2019s Degree in any of the following fields; Public Administration, Sociology, Business Administration or its equivalent qualification plus Diploma in Human Resource Management from a university recognized in Kenya; and
\n(ii) a thorough understanding of relevant legislation, policy guidelines, best practices and emerging issues in Human Resource Management and Development.<\/p>\n

Duties and Responsibilities<\/h4>\n

(i) preparing briefs on human resource management and development issues emanating from MDAs and the Commission;
\n(ii) drafting general correspondences on human resource management matters;
\n(iii) maintaining and managing records;
\n(iv) preparing board reports\/briefs;
\n(v) participating in formulation of human resource policies, regulations and guidelines for the public service; and
