Basic Salary Scale<\/strong>: Ksh.19, 220 p.m \u2013 Ksh.23, 130pm (CSG 14)
\nHouse Allowance<\/strong>: Ksh.3,000 p.m. \u2013 4,500 p.m
\nCommuter Allowance<\/strong>: Ksh.3,000 p.m.
\nLeave Allowance<\/strong>: As provided in the Civil Service
\nAnnual Leave<\/strong>: 30 working days
\nMedical Cover<\/strong>: As provided by the Government
\nTerms of Service<\/strong>: Permanent and Pensionable<\/p>\n

Requirements for Appointment:<\/h4>\n

For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have a Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) with mean grade C- (Minus) or its approved equivalent.<\/p>\n

Duties and Responsibilities<\/h4>\n

This is an entry and training grade for this cadre. Officers at this level will be deployed in the Human Resource Management Units, General Registry, Procurement, Accounts office or General office services. \u00a0Duties and responsibilities at this level will include:-<\/p>\n

(i) compiling statistical records;
\n(ii) sorting, filing and dispatching letters;
\n(iii) maintaining an efficient filling system;
\n(iv) processing appointments, promotions, discipline, transfers and other related duties in human resource management;
\n(v) computation of financial or statistical records based on routine or special sources of information;
\n(vi) preparing payment vouchers; and
