Key responsibilities:<\/h4>\n
    \n
  • Process factory orders in accordance with the order placement SOP.<\/li>\n
  • Arrange for the shipment of orders to customers once production is complete and all necessary checks have been complied with.<\/li>\n
  • Identify the needs of the customer and help them identify a solution.<\/li>\n
  • Act as the point of contact for clients who need to place orders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Other roles:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    • Be aware of the customs requirements specific to the client\u2019s country.<\/li>\n
    • Keep all company records up to date.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Requirement:<\/h4>\n
        \n
      • Bachelors\u2019 degree in Supply Chain Management from a recognized University.<\/li>\n
      • 1-2 years of experience in a similar position.<\/li>\n
      • Fluency in French or Portuguese speaking will be an added advantage.<\/li>\n
      • Technical experience or ability to quickly understand product components.<\/li>\n
      • Reside in Mombasa as the company is based in Mombasa.<\/li>\n
      • Able to operate in a performance driven organization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
