We seek to recruit capable and result oriented individuals to fill the following position of Registry and Records Management Intern.<\/p>\n

Term <\/strong>: 3 Months
\nMinimum Qualifications<\/strong>: Diploma or degree in a relevant field
\nReporting To<\/strong>: Human Resource Manager
\nDepartment<\/strong>: HR & Administration Department<\/p>\n

Qualifications, Skills and Experience Required:<\/h4>\n
    \n
  1. Computer literacy<\/li>\n
  2. Minimum Grade of C plain<\/li>\n
  3. Mmust be at least 23 years of age<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Duties and Responsibilities<\/h4>\n
      \n
    • Classify and label documents and file accordingly<\/li>\n
    • Ensure the document management system is up-to-date<\/li>\n
    • Ensure the registry and Archive are clean<\/li>\n
    • Respond to record requests by retrieving requested files<\/li>\n
    • Maintain accurate records of document orders and movements<\/li>\n
    • Remove or archive repeated documents or irrelevant\/out-dated information<\/li>\n
    • Respond to queries in person, by e-mail, by post, or by phone<\/li>\n
    • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and Integrity<\/li>\n
