We seek to recruit capable and result oriented individuals to fill the following position of Software development and end user support Intern.<\/p>\n

Term <\/strong>: 3 Months
\nMinimum Qualifications<\/strong>: Degree in a relevant field
\nReporting To<\/strong>: ICT Manager
\nDepartment<\/strong>: ICT Department<\/p>\n

Qualifications, Skills and Experience Required:<\/h4>\n
    \n
  1. Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering (or a related IT Field or equivalent professional experience)<\/li>\n
  2. Minimum Grade of C plain<\/li>\n
  3. Mmust be at least 23 years of age<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Duties and Responsibilities<\/h4>\n
      \n
    • Set up, configuration and maintenance of computers, mobiles, hardware, systems and applications<\/li>\n
    • Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults<\/li>\n
    • Development and maintenance of software applications<\/li>\n
    • Resolving IT support requests from clients and employees<\/li>\n
    • Gathering and analyzing data to diagnose problems with computer systems<\/li>\n
    • Installing new software and hardware drivers and updating existing ones as needed<\/li>\n
    • Logging all service requests and updating tickets as needed<\/li>\n
    • Installation and maintenance of computer networks (WAN and LAN)<\/li>\n
    • Ensure availability of computer systems and infrastructure<\/li>\n
    • End user support<\/li>\n
