services across the continent.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Graduate Engineering Program 2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<h4>Responsibilities<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Help to coordinate all project elements including engineering design, quality planning, product sourcing, installation and assist in commissioning of client projects.<\/li>\n<li>React promptly and effectively to change client and product needs.<\/li>\n<li>Support with anticipating any potential project risks, identifying and establishing corrective actions.<\/li>\n<li>Produce deliverables on time to customer requirements, clarifying these requirements where necessary<\/li>\n<li>Assist in understanding the customer requirements and defining the customer specifications.<\/li>\n<li>Support with costing any changes in specifications.<\/li>\n<li>Support with analyzing customer and internal changes, including feasibility study.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in producing clear, focused and understandable explanations for change requests.<\/li>\n<li>Track customer changes<\/li>\n<li>Attending and participating in customer meetings when required.<\/li>\n<li>Raise timely and correct purchase requisitions on the company\u2019s ERP as required.<\/li>\n<li>Help manage suppliers to ensure parts are delivered on time to the required quality standard.<\/li>\n<li>Track tasks against the project timing plan<\/li>\n<li>Assist with design verification and sign off reporting.<\/li>\n<li>Be willing and available to work at company and customer premises as required.<\/li>\n<li>Keep up with the current and developing manufacturing and engineering trends.<\/li>\n<li>Undertake special projects as required.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to continuous improvement activities.<\/li>\n<li>Quality control of work by appropriate reviews<\/li>\n<li>Support and participate in the process improvement activities.<\/li>\n<li>Write simple reports and provide information to management.<\/li>\n<li>Achieve goals within budget.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct bench-marking studies to determine best practices\/designs and future trends.<\/li>\n<li>Plan projects or subtasks so they may be tracked and presented.<\/li>\n<li>Be aware and work to achieve the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)<\/li>\n<li>Attend various meetings and action\/communicate instructions.<\/li>\n<li>Undertake continuous training and development.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in root cause analysis and resolving problems.<\/li>\n<li>Agree the approach to be taken to assigned tasks.<\/li>\n<li>Comply with the Health, Safety and Environmental Policies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Requirements<\/h4>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Skills and Attributes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrates initiative on moderate problem an industry-related professional body would be advantageous.<\/li>\n<li>Computer literate, especially Excel skills and able to analyze
