Intern - Strategic Communication<\/strong><\/p>\n

Job Purpose<\/strong><\/p>\n

To support the organization's mission by communicating its work, values, and impact through digital platforms and public relations to strengthen visibility, engagement, and public bust.<\/p>\n

Key responsibilities:<\/h4>\n
    \n
  • Assist in creating and scheduling content for digital platforms.<\/li>\n
  • Support social media management by drafting captions, sourcing visuals, and monitoring engagement.<\/li>\n
  • Assist in basic graphic design and video editing.<\/li>\n
  • Assist in managing online community interactions and inquiries.<\/li>\n
  • Assist in drafting newsletters, news\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0and press releases,<\/li>\n
  • Assist in planning and coordinating media interviews with key stakeholders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Qualifications, Experience and Skills required:<\/h4>\n
      \n
    • Pursuing or recently completed a bachelor\u2019s degree in: Communication \/ Media Studies or a related field.\u00a0Strong written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n
    • Basic understanding of social media platforms.<\/li>\n
    • Content creation skills.<\/li>\n
    • Familiarity with data tools such as: Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.<\/li>\n
    • Curious, and open to learn<\/li>\n
    • Well-organized with good time management skills.<\/li>\n
